Refund Policy

Every jar of M&AK's Kitchen sauce is made with care, and we want it to arrive that way. When something goes wrong, we'll make it right, and you won't need to ship anything back.

Why we don't accept food returns

For food safety reasons, we can't resell a product once it has left our facility. Our policy is built around resolving issues remotely. A photo and an email are usually all we need.

What we cover

If any of the following happens, you're entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Your choice.

  • A jar arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong product or spice level
  • An item is missing from your order
  • The product is defective (broken seal, off appearance, etc.)

How to report an issue

Email us at hello@mandakskitchen.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of what went wrong
  • A photo, if there's visible damage

We respond within 1 to 2 business days, confirm the resolution, and process your refund or ship your replacement promptly. Refunds return to your original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What's not covered

We're not able to refund or replace orders in these situations:

  • Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
  • Damage caused after the package was received
  • Packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Personal taste preference. That said, if something isn't working for you, please reach out. We try to do right by every customer.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with your household and your carrier first. Then reach out to us and we'll help you sort it out.

Shipping costs

When the problem is on our end, we cover everything, including replacement shipping. You'll never need to ship a product back to us.
