Shipping Policy

Thanks for ordering from M&AK's Kitchen. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States. We're not yet able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. We hope to expand soon.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods and transit time

Orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on weight and destination. Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit time within the lower 48 is typically 2 to 5 business days, depending on how far from Los Angeles your address is. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and we're not able to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email hello@mandakskitchen.com right away and we'll do our best to update it before the label is printed.

PO Boxes and parcel lockers

We can ship to most PO Boxes via USPS. Heavier orders sometimes require a street address for UPS delivery, and in those cases we'll reach out before shipping. Parcel lockers may not accommodate our packaging, so a street address is best when possible.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, was marked delivered but didn't reach you, or appears stuck in transit, please email hello@mandakskitchen.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. See our Refund Policy for how we resolve these cases.
